The Residential Park Development Ordinance is an ordinance governing the development of mobile home parks, tiny homes parks, recreational vehicle parks, campgrounds and other clusters of temporary living units.

Reading through the article about the Residential Park Development Ordinance [2022] in Clay County, North Carolina and how the county is updating its rules for mobile homes, RV sites and campgrounds made me reflect on how clear structure and doing things the proper way matters.
